Grandma and friends on Lake Lauderdale, Cambridge, N.Y.

Somehow Sue and I ended up with these photos so we scanned them and are putting them up for all to view, with approval from the powers that be that is. When I asked Syvia about them she said, “Those pictures are of my mother and her fiancé, Bob Laudon, taken at Lake Lauderdale in Cambridge, N.Y. They’re the ones in the left front of the first picture.  I can’t remember the names of all their friends.”  Enjoy!

Closing this Weekend!

Dear Doble Closing Team,

My 10 consecutive Saturday nights at the Cape streak was snapped two weeks ago, but I’m ready for one more. It’s closing weekend this weekend! Jeff has already arrived, Jim arrives tomorrow, I’ll be down late on Thursday, how about you? If we have as many folks as we did for opening, we’ll get everything done in an hour. Including the “bird dropping platform.” AKA: the raft.

Please let me know if you’re coming. Andrea cannot be there but she has left instructions for painting the kitchen. And she’s already made headway! Thanks Andrea.
